🏠 The photo of the dish
- Shoot the dish ALREADY PLATED, from above or at 45°, with the whole plate inside the frame — that is what the AI reads the composition and colours from.
- Side light from a window is food's best friend: it gives relief to sauce and texture. Ceiling light flattens everything, and it is the most common mistake.
- Clean plate rims and a tidy table: the AI goes very close in macro, and a fingerprint on the rim ends up the size of the screen.
- No hands, phones or half-drunk glasses in frame — the preset generates the chef's hands when it needs them.
