Gesture

  • Wipe and reveal

    Shows the maker gently dusting the completed piece with a clean linen cloth.

  • Turn and inspect

    Shows the piece being held securely with both hands and turned slowly to check its details.

Light

  • Workshop window

    Illuminates the artisan workspace with cool, natural daylight entering through a window.

  • Warm bench

    Directs a warm focused desk lamp onto the hands and piece while the studio stays dim.

The direction

Opening

0–4s: Three-quarter face portrait becomes a medium view as she reaches toward the finished object with natural hands.

Development

4–10s: Perform Gesture under Light. Cut from hand contact to tactile surface macro, then ease into a slow side slide along the bench.

Ending

10–15s: She places the object squarely on a small plain display stand, removes her hands and looks at the finished work. Widen to person and object together.
