2. Data Collected
Account Data: We exclusively collect your Email and Name provided via authentication protocols to secure your workspace.
Payment Data: Processed fully offshore by Stripe. DXBUILDER does not hold, access, or intercept any raw credit card numbers on our proprietary servers.
Generative Content: High-definition outputs (Images, Videos, Character Models, Prompts, Audio) are securely retained inside our encrypted Cloudflare R2 storage buckets.
3. Purpose and Retention
The harvested data is utilized exclusively to manage global multi-currency subscriptions, authorize credit balances, and personalize your hyper-creative AI generation dashboard.
Generated files remain locked to your architecture for as long as your account remains strictly active. For accounts operating on the initial FREE tier, server loads require us to periodically purge content after 30 cumulative days of structural inactivity.
4. Data Sharing
We strictly prohibit the sale or broker exchange of your personal metadata. Your internal routing data is securely encrypted and transmitted ONLY to core functional providers:
- Stripe (Checkout and Tax management)
- Cloudflare (Edge routing and R2 Storage Infrastructure)
- AI Endpoints (MiniMax, Suno, Hedra, Kling API processors) – ONLY transmitting raw text/image prompts, strictly required to execute the final artifact rendering.
5. User Rights
Following absolute GDPR norms, all authenticated users hold complete authority to invoke their personal data rights. You may request full access, rectification, or invoke your absolute "Right to Be Forgotten" (full dataset hard wipe).
